Traditional Full Service Search:
Recommended for positions reporting directly to the board of directors and/or responsible for station programming, development activities and financial health. This level of search can be very valuable to an organization when there is a desire to reaffirm the strategic station direction or communicate changes in the strategic direction to all parties involved.
- Conduct an assessment process in which the search committee and key stakeholders are interviewed
- Create and execute a profile and strategy for the search with the help of the search committee. (This activity is like a mini-strategic planning process.)
- Recruit applicants
- Assist in the screening process
- Check references and backgrounds
- Complete the final stage of interviewing
- Conduct the negotiation process
For this service we charge 28% of the first year negotiated salary plus expenses, and we guarantee our fee against a successful placement.

Executive Search Assistance:
Often used for placement of middle management staff, engineering and other technical positions.
- Conduct an assessment process in which the search committee and key stakeholders are interviewed
- Create a profile and strategy for the search with the help of the search committee. (This activity is like a mini-strategic planning process.)
- Execute the communication strategy
- Recruit applicants
The rate for this service is $10,000 plus expenses, includes a completed assessment and the first 35 hours of the recruiting process (additional hours during the recruiting phase would be charged at $100/hour).

Basic Search:
This search level is recommended when all stakeholders are in agreement as to what skills and attributes are needed to properly fill the position.
- Implement the organization created communication strategy and recruiting process
- Conduct intake interviews
- Write an assessment of the complete candidate pool based on assets ranked by the client as most important
The rates for this service start at $5,000 for the first 35 hours and a charge of $100 per hour for subsequent hours.
