Ginnie brings over twenty-five years of experience in non-profit and for profit organizational management including extensive knowledge in membership and fund development campaigns, customer service and stewardship practices, marketing and communications.

Ginnie has expertise in developing corporate image and sponsorship opportunities, motivating Boards and promoting teams, streamlining management systems and conducting research for successful grant proposal writing. She is has created comprehensive development in volunteer training as well as major gift identification, cultivation and solicitation strategies. She has vast experience in membership acquisition and retention methodologies, direct-mail practices, major donor stewardship and Capital Campaign management. Ginnie offers a multifaceted perspective on client/donor relations and has created synergistic materials that echo the mission of organizations with whom she has partnered.

Ginnie's professional experience includes overseeing multi-million dollar capital campaigns and fund development for public television and radio. Ginnie has created new funding opportunities through grant writing, donor relationship development, and motivational speaking on behalf of the American Cancer Society. As a member of the Transformations Consulting Group staff, she also held the position of interim President and CEO of a not-for-profit organization, guiding the organization's change management and financial turnaround. Ginnie's educational credentials include the University of South Florida, Leadership Studies, and non-profit management. She continues to refine her professional skills with additional industry specific training and to share her knowledge in speaking engagements.
